Some of the dishes include Chef Sommers' variation on Chicken Devon, which is breaded chicken breast, stuffed with several cheeses, seasonings and broccoli, and then baked. Another chicken specialty is Brandied Mushroom Chicken. On the seafood side, one of the house dishes is a Mixed Seafood Plate, with scallops and giant shrimp in a cream sauce, served over rice. |
